Guided Meditation with Reiki ~4:30pm Mountain Time Wednesdays ~ Circling Together
There is something so sweet about this circle. We span from coast to coast offering a moment of calm. grounding and healing in the middle of our week, no matter where we are. We join in a virtual circle to offer one another a place to pause and heal. A quick hello precedes a guided meditation followed by reiki hand positions to bring healing to self, the circle and the community at large.
You do not need to be attuned to reiki to join. You will receive healing from the circle. However, once attuned to reiki this is a perfect way to practice your skills and meet in community.
Tekla Ayers and myself offer this 30 minute guided meditation with Reiki healing, every Wednesday from 4:30-5pm MT on zoom, for the monthly membership fee of just $12. The guided meditation is without background music and you will be muted during, so have your own music ready if you like, a spot to stretch out or sit comfortably, a blanket, an eye pillow or whatever you need to rest and receive. Circle Together with a virtual community of people committing to their self-Reiki practice with 21 days of guided meditation with self-Reiki. A circle of 8 Reiki teachers and practitioners have come together to guide these daily meditations. Join us live in the community on Zoom or listen to the recording. Each recording will be available for 24 hours only, to encourage daily practice for 21 days. We know it will be powerful to circle together live, so please join live as often as you can!
We will offer a closing circle and Reiki share to have time to reflect together, check in, and practice Reiki in a Reiki share.
