Energetic Art Therapy
Individual 1:1 sessions are 90 minutes in length. Our time is spent using mindful techniques, exploring art mediums to express and heal as well as engaging in energy work to release and restore.

Distance Reiki
Distance Reiki is a fundamental element to the practice of Reiki. Since its inception, Distance Reiki is part of the training for any Reiki Practitioner.
There are so many ways to offer healing in our world and reiki is one that can move through space and time. If you cannot come into my office, I can send you reiki as a way to bring healing and balance into your life as well as during a specific event (i.e. surgery, childbirth, a fearful situation, a big event).
We can communicate through email, text or phone so that you can grant me permission to work with you. You can send me a photograph of yourself, if you like. If there is a specific situation you can provide me the details - the day, time, what the situation entails and the hope for yourself OR you can ask for a generalized Reiki Session of releasing, restoring, rest, relaxation and healing. Then, I will have you, and all your intentions, in my mind and heart and I will send you the reiki remotely.
After I complete the reiki session with you, I will voice record what happened energetically during the session and send it to you electronically. I will pull a medicine card for you from my Winged Heart Rooted Spirit Soul Medicine deck, take a photograph and send that to you as well. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING! We will find the best day and time for your session is to take place and you can choose to sit quietly during this time or go about your day in your regular manner. The energy will find its way to you.

Preparing & Integrating
Often we find ourselves stuck - stuck in a mind loop, stuck in a story, stuck in anxiety or depression or just a low grade one or the other or both. Each disposition characterized with ruminating thoughts with heightened feelings of unease. Psychotherapy, energy work, art as medicine and psychiatry (to name a few) have all helped with these ailments and sometimes just aren’t enough. A new but rather ancient practice has again emerged into the helping profession - working in non-ordinary states of consciousness. There are many ways to achieve an altered state of consciousness.
